1/2 shot red sambuca

1/2 shot galliano

1/8 shot sambuca

1 hourglass shaped shot glass. 1/2 fill with red sambuca, slowly pour yellow galliano into shot glass on an angle so it rests on top of red sambuca, then pour 1/8 white sambuca slowly into shot glass. the effect is like a sunset/sunrise with the white sambuca as the horizon.

if you like sambuca, and like to show off a little. this is just a little bit of pizazz, to liven up a great drink. i also think this should be followed with a shot of black sambuca so u have all the flavours of the best beverage around.
