Pink Gin

2 fl ounces gin

2-3 dashes angostura bitters

Make sure the glass and gin are both well chilled Add bitters to glass swirl bitters around the glass shake out excess Add the gin Serve immediatley without Ice

Use Plymouth Gin or failing that London Gin
