1 cube White sugar

6 wedges lime

3/4 shot gomme

1 shot galliano

1 shot appletons white rum

Muddle first 4 ingredients in a highball then add gomme and stir to mix add crushed ice and stir ingredients thruogh the ice add final 2 ingredients and stir thruogh top up with crushed ice and a sprig of mint.
