British Summer Time or BST

500ml cider

500ml ginger beer

1 lime

Half a jug Ice

First get the ice, cut the lime into segments and squeeze the juice while dropping the lime into the jug. Next add the ginger beer. Then pour in the cider. The cider should sit on the top of the ginger beer at which point you mix it up throughly. Serve in a tall glass.

This is call a British Summer Time because it may not be strong but it is very enjoyable. It was designed as a lunch time or barbeque drink, for sitting outside in the sun but not getting too drunk. Best enjoyed with friends
