4 ice cubes

1 dribble grenadine

1 orange

1/2 cup Pineapple

1 measure triple sec

3 measures gin

3 measures vodka

Whack all the ingredients except the grenadine into a blender. Blend till the ice is crushed. Pour the dribble of grenadine to coat the sides of a large martini glass. Insert blended contents. Drink and be merry.

Serves 4 and is almost good for you.
