3 large orange 2 bottles dry white wine 1 bottle champagne 2 tablespoons (heaped) icing sugar
Peel oranges, remove pith and chop into slices removing pips. Place in punch bowl sprinkle with the icing sugar. Pour in the white wine and chill until COLD. Just before serving add ice cubes (about 15).
(gives 10-12 glasses)
