1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Pour one shot of gin into a tall glass, top up with white wine (125ml) and finish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream - amazing!

I had this in India, I honestly thought the waiter had made a mistake and knocked the icecream in by accident. But oh is this delicious
