Tequila Sunset

1 tbsp creme de cassis

1 or 2 tbsp warmed honey

1 shot orange juice

120 ml lemon juice

1 shot tequila

Shake the tequila, orange juice and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Pour honey slowly into the centre of the glass so that it settles in the bottom. Pour creme de cassis in the centre - it will settle on top of the honey. Do not mix.
