2 shots Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
100ml orange juice
100ml pineapple juice
Splash cranberry juice
In a tumbler, pour 2 shots of Captain Morgans Spiced Rum over ice. Add equal measures of orange and pinapple juice, then carefully pour cranberry over the back of a spoon to give a sunset effect
This cocktail was thought up by Andrew Dugard at Walt Disney World in Florida in 1998 and has been my favourite cocktail since.
