Strawberry Shortcake

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

1 dash vanilla essence

1 part amaretto

1 3/4 parts strawberries

Blend together in a blender with crushed ice (about equal to the ice cream in volume). Only blend on pulse for 2 or 3 short pulses (don't want to turn to cream, texture is good)
